Explore. Understand. Care.

Jane Goodall once said: ‘Only if we understand, will we care. Only if we care, will we help. Only if we help shall all be saved.’

At National Geographic Expeditions, we couldn’t agree more and we consider wildlife and habitats are essential for a healthy planet. However, for many species, time is running out. All creatures great and small are valuable, magnificent and deserve the basic right to exist.

Like Jane Goodall, we believe that seeing these threatened - or other - species in their natural environment, will inspire you to protect them and their habitats. Our unique travel experiences aim to encourage people to care about the planet, and all of its treasured creatures, by providing meaningful opportunities to explore it. Moreover, proceeds from all our travel programmes support the National Geographic Society, which funds researchers and explorers around the globe who are working to preserve species and ecosystems, protect cultures, and advance the understanding of our planet.
